The Cut-Edge mirror is made in billet aluminium through precision machining, which makes it perfectly finished, lightweight and extremely durable.
Not only is a great improvement to the overall look of any bike, but it's also highly functional: it is easy to install thanks to the included universal mounting kit, adjustable, and equipped with a high-definition mirror engineered to ensure excellent visibility and unprecedent clarity.
The multi-adjustment swing arm system, combined with the tilting spheric system of the shell, allows full 360 degree adjustment offering multiple mounting positions and a limitless amount of personalisation. Cut-Edge can fit upwards, for those who prefer a more classic style, or downwards from the handlebar line, or parallel with the handlebar.
The glass aspherical shape provides a wider panoramic view compared to traditional mirrors, free from distortions and imperfections, for a new level of safety and awareness on the road. The special convex shape of this mirror increases the rear view angle by 80%. Anti-dazzle mirror glass reduces the amount of light reflected from vehicles behind you, thereby improving safety.
Fitment
The included mounting kit will allow to fit the mirror in 3 configurations:
- Direct clamping on any handlebar with a 22-25.4 mm external diameter (this include most "tapered" 28.6mm bars, which taper down to 22mm at the grips).
- Bar end (plug included) on any handlebar with a 13.5-18 mm inner diameter and minimum 30 mm of free depth space.
- Bar end (plug included) on any handlebar with M8 inner thread, e.g. many Kawasaki OEM bar, or bars with an M6 inner thread.
Furthermore, the kit includes spacers to be placed between the grip and the mirror, to create the gap necessary to allow free movement of the throttle.
Caution: As a universal fit part, fitment to your bike is not guaranteed, and as with any universal fit part, please ensure when fitting that there is adequate clearance and full range of motion for all controls when fitted, and that the safety and control of the bike is not compromised. This is especially important on sports bikes or other bikes fitted with a fairing, where extra clearance may be required. Cut-Edge mirrors are incompatible with Sguardo bar-end indicators, the Proguard system, and OEM hand protectors.To fit the End Mount rear mirror on Rizoma handlebars requires also the LP200B mounting kit.
