The decat header for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, has been entirely designed and handcrafted in Italy from AISI 304 stainless steel.
It offers an improvement in performance (+1.1 bhp compared to the OEM header) and a weight saving (-0.5 kg less than the OEM header). Reducing temperatures in the engine area, it is ideal for city use and maintains a pleasant sound, similar to the original one. It is designed to be installed with the original heat shield.
All three Zard components of the exhaust system are interchangeable with the original exhaust parts and can be purchased and installed individually. For maximum performance across the entire power curve, starting from the low revs, Zard recommend purchasing and installing all the components (decat header, decat link pipe and slip-on kit) together as a complete full system.
