Introduced in 2021 in its racing version, the Zard kit for the Aprilia RS 660 is back in a Euro 5 homologated variant. Developed through the racing experience of the Zard R&D Team, the Zard exhaust system for the Aprilia RS 660 is a complete kit made of stainless steel, with a titanium sleeved silencer and a sleek carbon fibre end cap, which gives the Noale sports bike a racing style and an exciting sound. The weight of the complete Zard kit is 4.0kg (2.1kg saving over standard).

The Zard system for the Aprilia RS 660 is completed by the carbon fibre heat shield designed by the Centro Stile Zard, available as an optional accessory.
