The kit is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, with a sleeve available in stainless steel or titanium, and a carbon end cap for a sleek, high-performance look. Available only in racing version.
This system delivers a deep and powerful sound, enhancing the dynamic character of the Tiger Sport 660. Its compact design integrates seamlessly with the sporty lines of the bike, adding boldness and personality.
The Zard kit improves agility and responsiveness, reducing overall weight by -4.5 kg in the racing version, bringing the total weight down to just 3.6 kg, along with a power increase of +5.9 HP. Installation is simple and requires no modifications to the vehicle.
Warning: By installing the Zard full kit, the motorcycle's electronics in E5 Plus configuration might detect a catalyst anomaly due to anti-pollution regulations, causing the cat warning light (informative) to turn on without altering the motorcycle's performance in any way. To avoid the activation of this warning light, it is necessary to remap the ECU.
NOTE: a dedicated UpMap ECU is available for this kit, programmed to deliver maximum performance, improve throttle response and disable the engine warning light triggered by the removal of the catalytic converter.
